Bio

Adam Lopata is in his first season with the Falcons in 2024. 

Head Coach Curtis Madson announced the final position of the Falcons 2023-24 Coaching Staff with the addition of Adam Lopata as Graduate Assistant. Lopata comes to Concordia from NAIA Jamestown University where during his playing career he earned two All-Conference Nominations (Honorable Mention 2022, and 1st Team 2023). As well as being named the conference’s Libero of the Year in 2023. Prior to his collegiate career, he played his prep volleyball at Germantown High School in Germantown, Wisconsin.

He has been coaching since 2016 at a variety of levels, both indoor and outdoor. This fall, he will also be working with Cedarburg High School as their JV2 Coach. In the past, he has three years of experience as a youth and rec coach in Germantown. He has experience with coaching private lessons. He spent two seasons as an assistant coach with Milwaukee Volleyball Club. For the past three years, Adam has been a coach at the Ozaukee Volleyball Club Summer Sand Camp.

Lopata is a Doctorate of Physical Therapy student at Concordia. Adam completed a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and competed in volleyball while attending the University of Jamestown.
