AC Clouthier completed his third season with the Concordia Wisconsin Women’s Basketball program in 2020-21.

Concordia Wisconsin's 2019-20 season advanced to the NACC Tournament for the 14th-consecutive season and won 13 of 17 games from December 10 to February 15. They had the fifth-most potent offense in program history, scoring 67.2 points per game and set game records for points (102), 3-pointers made (16) and assists (30) during a 102-39 victory at Rockford. The season was also highlighted by a trip to Hawaii.

The Falcons 2018-19 team advanced to the NACC Tournament Championship game for the second year in a row and the seventh time under the direction of Brunner-Jones. They set the program record for 3-point field goals made (204) and 3-point field goal percentage (38.3) and at one point during the season led the nation in 3-point percentage. They also set the program record for free throw percentage (73.6) and second-most points (1,959) and assists (416) of any team in program history. Concordia Wisconsin topped the 90-point plateau four times.

Clouthier most recently has been an assistant at the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, Minnesota, contributing for two seasons. During that time the Tommies went 58-4 with a Final Four and Sweet Sixteen appearance. The two teams developed and produced two All-Americans and the NCAA DIII National Player of the Year.

Clouthier was previously the head coach at Xavier High School in Appleton, Wisconsin, compiling a 61-19 record overall (.763). He guided XHS to the WIAA State Tournament twice, qualifying in back-to-back seasons. Clouthier’s teams advanced to the WIAA Division III State Championship game in 2015 and played in the DIII State Semi-Finals in 2016.

His team never finished below third place in conference play, going 14-2, 13-3, and 10-4 in each season while overall his teams were 19-5, 24-5, and 18-9. Clouthier coached two first team all-state players and was the 2013-14 Coach of the Year.

Clouthier graduated from Xavier in 2006 and from the University of St. Thomas in 2010 with a major in Physical Education and a minor in Broadcast Journalism. He played and coached football at UST before heading to Xavier. He was on the staff at Xavier as an assistant football coach and the school’s Learning Advocate. He also taught Health and Physical Education.
