NACC releases 2014-15 Scholar-Athletes

WAUKESHA, Wis. – The Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference released its 2014-15 Scholar-Athletes Thursday, July 2, and once again Concordia University Wisconsin had several athletes earn recognition.

In order to qualify as a Scholar-Athlete in the NACC, a student-athlete must maintain a grade point average of 3.25 or higher for the academic year. Each academic year stands by itself for determination of this award.

Over 1,225 student-athletes earned scholar-athlete recognition for the 2014-15 season from the 12 member schools, as well as the associate members in Women's Golf. The number was more than 100 more than in 2013-14.

CUW had strong representation as 164 student-athletes were represented on the list. A list of the Falcons who received Scholar-Athlete status can be found here.
